Mr. Morgan exceeded my expectations throughout the purchase of my new 2014 Accord! When I first arrived Tom was very nice and politely greeted me. I proceeded with telling him that I was in need of an oil change. This was my first time having my car serviced since I first bought it a greeted me. I proceeded with telling him that I was in need of an oil change. This was my first time having my car serviced since I first bought it and both Tom and Ben made it a wonderful experience for me. Ben was nice enough to explain that my tires needed to be rotated so he went ahead and did that as well as clean out my cabin filter which he further explained was very dirty. Ben proceeded to explain that it was okay for now but it was recommended to be replaced at the next oil change. Afterwards Tom gave me information on how much it would cost and that it would be a quick process. I was very pleased with my visit and would recommend for others to get their car serviced at Bel Air Honda as well. More

We have 3 Hondas ( CRV, Odyssey and Civic) and we have been taking them to Bel Air Honda for 10+ years. Over that time, Chrissy Richmond has been the primary Service Advisor. She is very knowledgeable o been taking them to Bel Air Honda for 10+ years. Over that time, Chrissy Richmond has been the primary Service Advisor. She is very knowledgeable of all the vehicles and has always treated our family in a very professional and friendly manner. She goes out of her way to make sure that we are satisfied with our service and it is done correctly. My wife is very comfortable with her and prefers to deal with her. She is a major reason why we keep returning to have our vehicles serviced at Bel Air Honda. I will say that the other service reps have been helpful also when Chrissy was not available . More

She is a consummate professional that even worked with me during the snow storm - when the dealership was closed. After we worked on the vehicle price, she turned me over to Rick Tassone. Rick was absolutely fantastic - honest, intelligent, friendly, thorough, and anxious to please. Rick and I agreed on a price and the deal was done. There was no running back to the sales manager five times to close the sale, no bait and switch, and no last minute " we have a deal, but the steering wheel is an extra $5,000 " ! Ashleigh and Rick are a great team. The key theme here is these folks are honest and want to sell cars. More

Crissy has been our service advisor for several years. When I call for her, she returns my calls if she is not immediately available. She understands our limited financial resources when providing feedback on inspections completed and helps us know what is necessary for the safe operation of our vehicle. Her explanations are clear as are her recommendations. Crissy has a very pleasant and helpful demeanor. She is up-front about when the vehicle will be ready and calls to let me know when service has been completed. I am pleased to offer a positive review for Crissy. She is the person I will contact when service is required for Honda Accord. As an aside, she has, on occasion, had a technician install wiper blade inserts and bulbs replaced as an amenity.
