After 30,000 miles I think the Honda Fit is a great little car for around town use and gets real good gas mileage. It seems larger inside than it looks outside. Lower ("good" rather than "great") ratings are due to experiences with service department over 5 years with two cars - a quite old Honda Civic and a new Honda Fit. Work has always been done correctly and on time so that part, the most important, is a "great". The lower ratings are due to interactions with service department personal in trying to reconcile manufacturer recommended maintenance with dealer recommended maintenance - getting meaningful answers to questions has been somewhat difficult, and at time not welcomed by the service personnel, although I think the fact that the Fit does not have manufacturer published maintenance intervals but rather depends on a built in computer to make maintenance determinations when it thinks they are needed greatly contributes to the issue. More

This last purchase was my third one from Bel Air Honda and I will not go anywhere else. They are always so friendly when you go in there and they make you feel part of the team. I never have felt pressure and I will not go anywhere else. They are always so friendly when you go in there and they make you feel part of the team. I never have felt pressured from anyone to buy anything extra or something I don't want. They make you feel like family. Service for my oil changes have always been great and the people are always warming which tops of with the fresh cookies and refreshments. But to be honest the real reason I keep going back is because of your sales associate, JR Hamilton, he is one in a million, your very lucky to have him. he doesn't just want to sell you a car he wants to know about you. I have a 7 year old daughter that has been there numerous times with me and she gets so excited to go see Mr. JR because they are buds as she says. He makes her feel comfortable and they strike up conversation. He talks about family and holidays and vacations, JR makes signing your life away buying a car worthwhile because he makes it memorable. I will continue coming back to BelAir because of the team and especially because of him. More
