I highly recommend the service department at Bel Air Honda and always tell others to ask for Chrissy Richmond. I recently took my 1997 Honda Accord in for diagnosis and repair for a throttle issue. Chrissy called me as soon as she knew the diagnosis from the service technician and explained my repair options. I opted to have a new part installed. She provided an estimated time when my car would be ready and a price estimate for the repair. The Accord was in fact ready at the time she provided. Chrissy provides excellent customer service from intake, through the repair process, and time for me to pick-up my car. I always tell her and the general manager that as long as Chrissy works there then Bel Air Honda has me as a service customer because I trust her. More
Hello! The beginning of December 2013 I was in a car accident, which totaled my car. This obviously put me in the market for, well, a new/used vehicle. As my friends and colleagues at work heard about accident, which totaled my car. This obviously put me in the market for, well, a new/used vehicle. As my friends and colleagues at work heard about the accident and my situation they all started to share their car buying experiences and providing me contact information for multiple dealerships around the area. I will say, in our office at Les Mills US (Baltimore) there was ONE dealership and ONE name that continued to arise, that is Max Shumilo. Not by one person, but two and three! So for me that said a lot. One of my colleagues gave me Max's cell so I could get in contact with him to share my story and see when I could meet him and well, solve my problem --- I needed a car! What did I do next, simple, I sent Max a text and moments later, he asked how I was feeling and doing after the wreck and ensured me that he had my best interests at heart and when I was ready, so was he to help me get into a vehicle. He was great about staying in contact with me and helping understand everything along my journey. Max was not only sympathetic due to my wreck, but gracious, kind, informative, reasonable, charismatic and patient as we setup an appointment and I took about 4+ hours out of ONE of his days to decide on my new car (there are many other positive attributes --- I think you get the point, he was wonderful). Oh, you should know, I was not an easy sell in the respect I did, as many do, continue to ask for MORE --- and I needed to discuss my car buying decision with my "board members" --- which equates to a few men in my life - father, brother and guy friends! Max understood this and stood by while I figured out what I needed to do. At the end of the day - I got a great ride --- which in turn became my birthday gift to myself (it was the next day). I would not change a thing about meeting Max or my experience with him and the Bel-Air Honda Dealership! Everyone was wonderful to meet. You all took great care of me and I appreciate it. Not to mention, my new car is "HOT!" --- or so I think so. It is also very practical, smooth ride and exactly what I needed/wanted --- it suits me! Reeling from the loss of our 2009 Honda Odyssey EX in a freak repair shop accident and weary of dealing with insurance companies, I knew where to turn to replace our car: back to Rick Tassone at Bel Air Ho freak repair shop accident and weary of dealing with insurance companies, I knew where to turn to replace our car: back to Rick Tassone at Bel Air Honda. We bought two cars from Rick and Bel Air Honda already and knew his excellent, customer-service oriented style would take all the stress out of it. We quickly narrowed down the type of car we wanted - a CR-V. Rick went over the benefits of a new and used one without steering us to one or the other. He patiently went along a number of test drives with us - often the same vehicle more than once. In the end, we decided to go with a beautiful 2011 Honda CR-V EXL with 25,000 miles on it. What sealed the deal with us is that Rick let us take the vehicle home for a few days. During that time, I was able to get it looked at by my mechanic. He confirmed that it was in excellent shape (just as I had thought) save one item: it needed new tires on the back as well as the front. I texted Rick and within 15 minutes he got back to me with an answer: they'll do it. We took delivery of the beautifully detailed car yesterday and drove home very satisfied with Rick's service and Bel Air Honda. Thanks Rick and thanks Bel Air Honda! More

The price quoted was very reasonable and BelAir Honda honored the price as expected. Chris kept in contact with us along the process and frequently asked us if we had any questions. It was so straightforward that I kept looking for the catch, but there wasn't any. We looked for the same car at several other dealerships and Bel Air Honda stood out from the rest. Transmission went out on my Honda CRV a month after purchase. Bruce was my service advisor and I could not have been more pleased with the service he provided. He was always friendly, courteous and helpful everytime I contacted him or he contacted me. This was a stressful experience for me but he made it bearable. NOTE: I had a 2007 Honda CRV for 6 years, had no problems with it at all and this was the reason I decided on another Honda CRV. Thanks Bruce for your assistance. More
