First of Rick the salesman was very helpful and should use his talents at a RESPECTFUL Honda Dealer.....NOT BELAIR HONDA. First of all, I was a Sales Manager for a Domestic brand vehicle and made it cle use his talents at a RESPECTFUL Honda Dealer.....NOT BELAIR HONDA. First of all, I was a Sales Manager for a Domestic brand vehicle and made it clear upon my first email to them that I did not want a run around but simply a quote since I knew exactly what I wanted. Once Rick quoted me, I told him he was somewhat higher than competition. He went back to the Sales Manager--JOSH and informed me the price quoted was definitely their BEST PRICE. So, I thanked Rick for his time and professionalism and told him I will be buying a car from the competition this week. Three days later, I was actually walking into another dealer to sign the papers and I got a call from JOSH--THE SALES MANAGER....I told him it was ironic but was walking into another dealer to sign the papers. He asked if they could match the deal, would I come and buy from them. I went over all the figures and extras I wanted over the phone and JOSH asked.." I will match that and when can you come up and take unit" I said Tomorrow and he said GREAT, I will give all info to Rick so he can bill out. The next day I called Rick and said I will be up there at 2 PM to pick up car and asked him to email me the Invoice so I could contact my Insurance Company. Once he did, I noticed the pricing was NOT what we discussed in detail and agreed on 24 hours prior. Rick said Josh was off that day but would call him at home to review. Well, after Rick did not call me back in the hour he said he would, I called and Rich said that he could not do better. I said ADIOS and thanked them for wasting and Lying to me again...............I bought the exact car at BROWN'S Honda in Glen Burnie for exactly the number the BEL AIR promised..... And, my Salesman at Browns was excellent and so was Pat the Sales Manager!!! Honda should take corrective action against BEL AIR for being misleading and dishonest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After several 'good' emails to a very good salesman, my wife and I showed up to get our car. The bait and switch was on. The car that they said we talked about, and got aprice on, was not t salesman, my wife and I showed up to get our car. The bait and switch was on. The car that they said we talked about, and got aprice on, was not the car they wanted to sell us. It was the same price without the options that we wanted. By the time that the sales manager re-priced the car - ti was over $2,000 more than what we had agreed upon! That's a pretty big upcharge! The salesman was appologetic - the sales manager - not so much. Actually, he was down right rude! We left, and will never be back - we will go elsewhere for the car that we wanted at the price that we had agreed on. More

Phil greeted us promptly and was a breeze to work with. He was juggling two sales, but always made sure to let us know the status of our sale. The folks at Bel Air Honda were very friendly to deal with, did not try any 'tricks' and answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. Ashleigh was the first sales person to respond to my internet request from a total of 8 dealerships, on a Sunday no less! Still haven't heard from some dealers almost a month later. She answered my questions promptly, gave me an excellent price for the new car and my trade. Bel Air beat the dealers who did finally respond by almost $5000. Best buying experience I ever had with a car dealer! More
On our third visit to showroom..and numerous calls back and forth and agreement with price over phone...Chris and his "boss" had no firkin clue about price discussed on phone with day time salesman. We were left in the cubicle while he was out at the desk discussing the price no regards to our time not letting us know what was going on. We were then asked to show them the price heritage Honda was going to sell the to us. When we ask for lowest price I don't expect to have to produce paper from another dealer. I am not happy with bel air Honda at all. I would have rather gone to heritage to purchase. I WILL NEVER recommend bel air Honda in fact I am telling all my family and friends about my experience More
