I knew exactly what I wanted before arriving so that made it easy. Unfortunately the person I worked with before arriving wasnt in so I basically had to start fresh with a new person. I was pre-approved thro it easy. Unfortunately the person I worked with before arriving wasnt in so I basically had to start fresh with a new person. I was pre-approved through Honda Financial Services for the vehicle yet the dealership made me fill out a credit application anyways and was attempting to run a second credit check until I got HFS on the phone and they told them to just call to verify my information instead of doing the credit report. That was wasted time... It took 6 hours of me, my wife and two young kids sitting doing nothing for no apparenet reason before we saw the finance guy and finally signed for the vehicle. The personnel were very nice and they had fresh cookies so that was nice and a playroom for the kids. Other than the really long wait, our service was great. More

I am a student on a budget and I had a great experience here. I was very nervous about buy my first car and Mike was very understanding. Some people can go into a dealership and just buy a car without a second thought, but this was a huge purchase for me. When I finally left the dealership with my car I knew I had made the right choice! Mike was extremely patient (and he needed to be considering I changed my mind a hundred times) and extremely friendly. When I came back in to finally buy the car Mike wasn't in, he dropped everything he was doing and came right in to make sure that I was working with someone I felt comfortable with. Just over a week ago I had the pleasure of dealing with the service department to have some additional accessories added to my car. It was obvious that Bel Air Honda operates on teamwork and is always willing to help out a customers wants/needs. My installations were excellent and complimentary to my new vehicle purchase. We came in to look at a couple of cars, the Civic and the Fit. Rick was great and worked for us and not against us throughout the process. I'm very glad I did- it's a beautiful car and I've gotten lots of compliments on it already. It has great perks inside like a backup camera,Bluetooth, and USB interface, etc. I couldn't be more happy with it and hope it lasts me a long time, which I'm sure it will because the car is known for its reliability. Definitely recommend Rick as a salesman, he never pressured us and was very polite and helpful. More
