My first experience with Rick was when I stopped in one day to get information on Leasing. I left that same day with a Honda CRV. He was a pleasure to work with, very patient and helpful. I was interested in viewing the new civic, as I was in the the market for a new 4 dr sedan around the price the average civics were selling. I was not expecting to be so impressed with the modifications the the market for a new 4 dr sedan around the price the average civics were selling. I was not expecting to be so impressed with the modifications from previous years; it had great leg room front and back, but the technology in the civic made it stand out and although there were a bunch of new features, Mike Miller did a great job showing me how easy they were to use. Mike also did a great job pointing out specific features during my test drive, i.e. how the design of the dashboard allowed practically everything you need to worry about while driving to stay in your line of sight or the cool color changing feature allowing one to monitor gas using habits. In my research for a car I also looked to the new Ford Focus, Chevy Cruze, and Hyundai Elantra all of which were outclassed by just the base model of the civic, but car aside the other dealerships I visited were also outclassed. Mike did a great job at reviewing everything in the civic, answered all my questions on the spot (there were many) and made the car buying experience pretty easy. The manager was extremely friendly and over the 5 day course from my test drive to buying the car, the Honda team was not overly aggressive in pursuing my business which can really affect the car buying experience and frankly be quite annoying. This is all in addition to getting the best deal, hands down, out the door on the Honda Civic EX. Even the dreaded period of paperwork signing and working out my payment options was quite fast and easy. Bel Air Honda makes it pretty easy to recommend to those interested in looking at Honda's and I look forward to working with them in the future. More

Being there for hours, bickering over prices, the sales person going back and forth with the management. However at BelAir Honda I had a wonderful experience. First of all our sales man was awesome, Mike Miller was the best !!!!!! He was helpful, informative,knowledgable, kind and made the sales process a good experience from beginning to end. My Pilot was not repaired when I came to pick up the vehicle. I then had to leave the vehicle over the weekend because my car was not fixed. On that following Monday, I had to call the Service Departm vehicle. I then had to leave the vehicle over the weekend because my car was not fixed. On that following Monday, I had to call the Service Department twice before anyone could tell me that the car would be ready. I made that second call at 3:30 p.m. After paying a $95 diagnostic fee, the service department originally told me that the vehicle was fixed. Not so!!! I was advised by "customer service" that a person from "management" would be contacting me by phone. Not so!!! A week later, I'm still waiting. I bought my car new from this dealership. However after a similar experience this past December and now this incident in March, I doubt that I could ever return to this dealership. They apologize . . . but that's it. I received no satisfaction and was never given timely communications. I had to initiate all contacts. More
