Very pleased with dealership - not only for this sale, but for any service visits we've had over the last 2 years. Speaking specifically about this sale - we did not intend to buy a vehicle at that time. We had brought in our old Honda Odyssey (2001) for service on Dec 24th. We soon discovered that our vehicle needed a lot of safety repairs or needed to be retired. The dealership was very accommodating at allowing us 48 hours to decide what we wanted to do. We decided to replace our Odyssey. Michael Reinsfelder assisted us and he was extremely patient and helpful. He answered all our questions honestly and thoroughly. He worked with us to get the best price for our new Odyssey and did his best to get us out the door as quickly as possible. He was even more than willing to hold onto a pair of prescription sunglasses we had left in the old vehicle until we were able to pick them up. He also followed through with a call to make sure we were happy with the procedure. We were. Our only complaint was how long the financing took. It seemed to take longer than necessary even though we came with a pre-approved loan from our bank. But I would definitely recommend this dealer for purchases and service. More

Jim explained required service very well and when service was complete went over the results withe me. I have always felt that Bel Air Honda's service prices are a little inflated. JR was very personable, knowledgeable about the car and was able to show us all the features of the car in a way that we could easily understand the operation. The only positive suggestion I would make to further improve my experience would be improved communication between internet pricing and the sales floor. All in all, extremely pleased. Also, very pleased with finance manager, Mr. Kerstetter, who was very helpful in procuring low rate financing and options which made sense for me. More

I had been looking for a truck for a couple of months. When I visited Bel Air Honda, I was greeted by Rick. I told Rick I had been looking at buying a truck and was interested in the Honda Ridgeline. He When I visited Bel Air Honda, I was greeted by Rick. I told Rick I had been looking at buying a truck and was interested in the Honda Ridgeline. He showed me a Ridgeline that was on the lot, went over with me the various features of the truck and we took it for a test drive. Back at the dealership, we discussed the possibility of buying the Ridgeline and the possibility of a trade. I told him that I wanted my wife to see it and that I would be back. My wife and I returned to the dealership and Rick went over the truck with her. We bought the truck and are very happy with our purchase. Rick was very pleasant, patient, and very helpful in finding us the Ridgeline in the color that we wanted. He made sure we were getting the truck we wanted and a good deal for our money. His professional and pleasant manner eliminated any worries or concerns we may have had regarding this purchase. We both would recommend the Bel Air Honda dealership for their vehicle purchase because of Rick Tassone and both of us would recommend Rick Tassone as the person to see for their vehicle purchase.
