Benjamin Morgan (from internet sales) contacted me via p I contacted Bel Air (and numerous other dealers) via email regarding a new 2012 Honda Fit. Benjamin Morgan (from internet sales) contacted me via phone and by email. I had indicated that I only wanted to communicate via email, but he seemed nice and enthusiastic on the phone, so I didn't particularly mind the calls. He offered a good on-the-road price (incl taxes, tags, title, fees, etc) -- in fact initially it was one of the best prices of the dealers that I communicated with. Later we arranged a time for me to view, and presumably purchase a car at the price we agreed on. I thought it would be a simple sale, and was looking forward to it. However, before driving out there, I asked that he confirm that the negotiated price 1) applied to numerous cars on the lot; and 2) asked that his manager --or whoever has final approval-- contact me and confirm this price. My goal was to have everything settled in advance via email, with no back and forth face-to-face haggling, and no surprises once I arrived. Benjamin confirmed numerous times that there were plenty of cars available at that price. In fact, only a few hours before traveling, he emailed me to say that another shipment had arrived. He also said that his manager would email or call me. NEITHER WAS TRUE. -The manager never contacted me. -Just before I left for our appointment, check in hand, Benjamin contacted me to say that, " well . . . actually, the price we negotiated only applied to one car, and it had just been sold." When I asked him to what the price would be on cars actually available, the price jumped upwards $1000. This second price was still fairly good, but not as good as some other offers I had received. So I decided to take my business elsewhere--somewhere that was more upfront, straight forward, and cheaper. Ultimately I purchased my car at Northwest Honda (not Bel Air) and am very happy with the price and treatment I received there. I'm not exactly angry at Bel Air Honda, but disappointed. If Benjamin at Bel Air had been honest, and told me from the beginning that he had one or two cars at X price, and others at a more expensive Y price, he may still have gotten my business. Instead he made promises he couldn't keep. Any purchase of a car, which is an expensive proposition and for most people only occurs several times in their life, is a matter of trust. Bel Air Honda didn't earn my trust. More

When I would call Rick to see if he could give me a price he would routinely ask me what his competitors price was. When I wouldn't tell him what price his competitor was giving me he would give me an attitu he would routinely ask me what his competitors price was. When I wouldn't tell him what price his competitor was giving me he would give me an attitude and say "you're not working with me". It took multiple phone calls to finally get a price. He gave me a price last Friday and then when I followed up a few days later the price rose by $270 and I was rudely told that I was wrong about the price. Lastly, when I asked him to match a trade in price to seal the deal I was told he could would match the trade in price only to receive a phone call 30 minutes later as I was heading to the dealership to make the deal based in his "word" that we could match the price that now he wouldn't match the price. Horrible customer service and experience in general. I will be buying from the other dealer tomorrow. More
In forty-five years of purchasing new cars, 10 cars total, this was without a doubt the easiest car purchase I ever made. That includes purchasing one car through a manufacturer's distributor. I met Angelo during the busy holiday weekend while I was shopping for a new car. He took the time to explained all the details about the car I was interested in buying and answered my many questions compari shopping for a new car. His product knowledge and excellent customer service helped me make my decision to purchase my new car at Bel Air Honda. Even though this was a very busy holiday sale weekend Angelo and the customer service staff made sure we were taken care of during the purchasing processes. I am already looking forward to purchasing future vehicles from Angelo Mayo! More

I really appreciated Wayne's upfront and honest approach. I was able to get my 2012 Honda CRV EX by the end of my visit and am SOOO thankful. I will reccomend your dealership to everyone I know! More
