Heritage Honda Bel Air

I was looking for my first car, preferably a used Toyota or Honda, at a good affordable price. Christine Belt had a great option for me (a Toyota Corolla), and offered the lowest price the dealership could or Honda, at a good affordable price. Christine was very friendly, easy to work with, and patient while I made my decision of whether to purchase the car or not. One or two days after I made the purchase, I encountered an engine problem with the Corolla, and after making an appointment with the mechanics shop at Bel Air Honda, they discovered that I needed a new catalytic converter. With no charge to me, since it was within 3 days after my purchase, the dealership covered the costs of the new converter, including a replacement bulb for one of my rear brake lights. Through the whole process, purchasing the car and then having it repaired, Bel Air Honda was an excellent dealership to work with. Jim McGrath, the mechanic we dealt with regarding the catalytic converter replacement, was also very helpful. He evidently wanted to do the best job for us as was possible. Around three years ago I purchased my first used car from Rick at Bel Air Honda. Overall, it was a surprisingly easy experience. Rick is a great person who is very knowledgeable and helpful.
