I went to Bel Air Honda because of my next door neighbor's recent car buying experience - she was very happy with Bel Air Honda. It was my first visit to the facility. However, when I left with my new Black Pearl Civic EX, I felt like a long-time member of the Bel Air Honda family. Rick Tassone was my salesman, I mean my, "Sales Professional." Rick was extremely knowledgeable and extraordinarily friendly. Most important to me, Rick Tassone listened to what I had to say and heard what I wanted. Well, the dealership had what I wanted, right there on the lot, and off I drove. I have been buying cars for over 35-years and have to say that the customer service from Rick Tassone and Bel Air Honda staff provided for the best car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I were going to replace her 8-year old Pilot in a year or two, but given my experience with Rick (and to be honest, likely upcoming interest rate changes) we are going back to Bel Air Honda now.
