They took care of my oil change and tire rotation however the steps they gave me to look at the ac issue wasn’t satisfactory to me. There’s an known issue with ac compressor and I wanted them to inspect it a the steps they gave me to look at the ac issue wasn’t satisfactory to me. There’s an known issue with ac compressor and I wanted them to inspect it and replace given the info I provided under the warranty and 19-091 bulletin. I was told I would need to pay over $400 for an evac and recharge and then come back to see if it leaked. I don’t understand given the steps clearly outlined in the service bulletin to check the system. More

I was very pleased with the service and assistance I received on my recent visit to Heritage Honda. The problem that I was experiencing with the screen display would not replicate itself but the techni received on my recent visit to Heritage Honda. The problem that I was experiencing with the screen display would not replicate itself but the technician was vigilant about researching the issue. I was provided several options for future reference. Also, Ms. Marge coordinated the necessary information between the technician and myself while she continued to provide me updates. Everyone I encountered that day was accommodating my needs and concerns, which was so very helpful. I was made to feel like a valued customer which never happened at another local dealership that I utilized in the past. I highly recommend Heritage! More
