In general, I am less likely to complete a survey and think positively of an interaction if I feel it is being pushed. Requesting that a customer complete the survey and state "I hope you will provide a favorable review" or something similar is fine but the current approach feels very forced and uncomfortable. My statement is a general one and not specific to my interaction with my service provider, who was great - this appears to be a company or dealership approach overall. More
