I was most pleased with Natasha’s assistance in - Baseball Bob

I was most pleased with Natasha’s assistance in purchasing a new car. I bypassed a few other dealers and I was glad I found Criswell. She was attentive to details and considerate of my situation. Although I couldn’t get my first choice of model and color, she helped make a deal for another model. And it worked out very well. I found her most kind, caring, compassionate and competent. She is a rare jewel in an auto shop. I will not hesitate to return to Criswell. I give her 5 starts and then some more. I think she should be employee of the year. Thank you Natasha for your kind and able assistance.

I called in with an Emissions System Problem; Kevin - pillaymckayla798

I called in with an Emissions System Problem; Kevin answered my call and I took my car in a few hours later. He was just amazing. It is scary when something happens to your vehicle and having someone work with you through all the details, makes everything much calmer. It was my first time at this Honda dealership, when I entered, I was taken to the service parts, met with Kevin and he helped me understand all the steps that was about to happen. I left my vehicle and he arranged transport for me to return home. Called me within 2hrs with updates and the next day my car was back. He was kind, friendly, amazing at his job and I felt I could trust him. I have had so many bad experiences and endless problems at other dealerships, but this was just the best. Big thank you to Kevin Guthe. As for the other guys taking my vehicle and transporting me to and from the dealership, you'll are the best. Thank you'll for making my experience a good one. Will 100% recommend others to you'll. Keep up the great work, it is noticed.

Cross posted on Google. - BHedrick

Cross posted on Google. The experience was too good not to share again. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. If you do your research on models and pricing, they will be competitive on pricing. I spoke with 3 other Baltimore dealers (including one where I have spent $75k at in the last 10 years) about purchasing a 2026 Accord SE over a weeks time frame. I made it clear that I wanted the best out the door price in the first communication. Anderson was the only dealer to do this. In fact, they actually asked me what price I wanted to pay out the door and met it immediately (I did my research as stated earlier). The only caveat was if they couldn't get the Military rebate from Honda, the price would be $500 higher. I already knew I didn't qualify for the rebate as I didn't meet the prerequisites but wanted to check as the other three dealers all said they got me the rebate (the other lied and took that $500 from somewhere else). Obviously, I didn't qualify so it was $500 more which I was comfortable with. The final price was exactly where I told the other dealers I needed to be at but none of them could get that low (according to them). Almost all of the communication was done via text with my salesman Jim Middleton. He didn't bombard me with texts or calls, he was respectful of my time and wishes. We agreed on price and I scheduled an appointment to sign the paperwork ( I live 2.5 hours from the dealer). When I arrived, the paperwork was ready, as was the car. We completed the paperwork and then Jim took me out to sit in the car and go over all the features. He took his time and made sure I was clear on all functions of the vehicle. We went back inside and I went to Nate's (Finance Manager) office to discuss additional packages for the car. This was not your normal discussion as there were no high pressure sales tactics or attempts to coerce me into purchasing anything. Nate explained each of the options, gave me the price, and answered all of my questions. I did purchase a package from them at a good rate. This was definitely not your typical Finance Manager interaction. I did contact all of the previous dealers to let the know I purchased a car somewhere else. I didn't say where or what price I paid, but did let them know they were about $1k over the price I paid, and that my price was met almost instantaneously. 2 of the dealers then asked me to show them the quote and they would meet it or beat it. So, they couldn't give me the price I was at upfront, but when I was purchasing somewhere else, they suddenly could find the money to do it? What a joke. They tried to play me and then realized that they were losing a sale opportunity, so now my price was important to them. GTFO. Let me say this, if you aren't buying from Anderson Honda, then you are making a huge mistake. They are the most customer oriented dealership I have had the pleasure of dealing with. From top to bottom, this dealership is professional and made it worth the 2.5 hour drive to deal with them.

Five years ago we bought a car from you folks. - Smithrc1405

Five years ago we bought a car from you folks. In October I walked in and asked if my salesperson of five years ago was still employed. The sales manager said he was off that day however another sales person would help me. We looked at the inventory, came back in and the sales manager in my opinion started to badger me about price etc. Left the sales person standing there. Finally had enough and left. Came back a week later and our original sales person was there. Told him flat out we, as my wife was there, didn't want to deal with the sales manager. MARCUS took care of us and we bought a new car. We came back a couple of days later as MARCUS said he would explain the various settings. Talk about customer service! Because of MARCUS a five star review! Financing through Honda at the dealership is another story.

I have my 2003 Honda Element in for a recall and pricing - lfrost10

I have my 2003 Honda Element in for a recall and pricing on other possible repairs. Carl was and is always friendly, informative and efficient. He called to inform me when to expect the recall to be completed and very thorough looking into the price of the parts and possible labor charges. I highly recommend seeing Carl and the service department at Norris Honda.

Purchasing a vehicle from Sport Honda was an incredibly smooth process. From the first phone call inquiring about the availability of the car I was looking for to the completion of the paperwork, everything was pleasant and professional. This is my second purchase from Sport Honda, and I'm really glad I did repeat business with them. I highly recommend them.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation back - cp04011753

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation back in April 2026. They chipped my wheels around lug holes. I complained and they said they would fix it. I took off work to take it in. They just used a black paint pen, so you can still see the chips in the finish still. If this is their way of doing wheel repair service, then I'm glad I never bought a wheel protection plan from them. I complained to American Honda customer service in May 2026, and they said they'd look into, and I have never heard back. I'm now stuck with paying for a trim package from Honda, that their dealership screwed up. This is the last time taking the car to Apple Honda for service, and maybe the last time buying a Honda, since they seem pretty crappy too.

Horrible customer service. - Mpharrison04

Horrible customer service. Did not give us an appt time to buy a car on the date we decided. The salesperson Jared texted us 3 times and when we responded shortly after he told us the first time was taken. So we tried for the second time he then told us that time was taken. Informed us they only had one person to do the sales paperwork. So on a 35k+purchase they acted like we were an inconvenience. We went elsewhere and would not recommend this dealership.

I recently visited Apple Honda to look at a few used... - Roger

I recently visited Apple Honda to look at a few used cards advertised on their website. The salesman I met with, JD, was outstanding and very detailed in everything we discussed. He then involved Greg as the used car sales manager to discuss our trade in. Greg was also phenomenal and went out of his way to try and help our family out with a trade and sale of a car. We ended up purchasing the vehicle elsewhere but there is NO DOUBT I will go back to Apple Honda due to my experiences with JD and Greg. I highly recommend this team.

We had a great experience working with Rob Haskell. - drmccoskery

We had a great experience working with Rob Haskell. He answered all of our questions and worked with the sales manager Chris to get us the best pricing. We had a small issue after purchasing the car and he had it taken care of immediately, to our complete satisfaction. Rob helped us find the car we needed at a price we could afford. Good experience, we highly recommend them.

I Leased a 2022 Honda Accord last year from Apple Honda - coates424

I Leased a 2022 Honda Accord last year from Apple Honda of Hanover because I gave my leased Subaru Outback to my daughter for school. My Honda was Great on gas. But I always wanted a truck again. Called up Sang to see if any Ridgeline were available in white. No success but he gave me some great option on other colors. I went (Black) and I'm glad I did! Beautiful color, Wonderful Price, & Wonderful Customer Service from everyone and yes, I leased the Ridgeline also. And guess where I will be going once this lease is up. So Matt GM, Sang Thaddeus, Jordan & Matt in parts. Thank You!!
