Thumping sound from tire I bought my car from this dealership two years ago, I always have my service done here and the associates are very professional and prompt. This time I bought my car from this dealership two years ago, I always have my service done here and the associates are very professional and prompt. This time was no difference I was in and out within an hour. My appointment was at 3:40pm and I was waited on no later than 3:45pm, that’s excellent customer service!!They found what was the problem, took a picture to show me and corrected it right away. I’m more than pleased with Heritage Honda. More
