Most of the time you are very good and helpful. Ed was very helpful, getting the start stop /button working again. It did take a couple of visits to your service center to get the job done, but Ed k Ed was very helpful, getting the start stop /button working again. I'm still a little irritated that I had brought the car in when the part wasn't there yet and Dora wasted my entire day (I needed to borrow a car to get to work and take care of other things). She did not bother to call me until 5pm to tell me I could come get my car. (See eval on Dora from Sept 27th) More
