Heritage Honda Service scheduled an appointment for an oil change and possibly new windshield wipers. Was greeted right away and then met my service representative, Bill. scheduled an appointment for an oil change and possibly new windshield wipers. When Bill did come out to inform me, he was apologetic for my long wait. Also explained in detail my car’s needs which were minimal. Appreciated his honesty and also the amenities offered. Service Advisor tolerates uneducated owner Had my car in twice for what I thought was a battery issue and I was panicked because I drive around the state for work.
