Insulted by Sales Staff when picking up car Arranged to get car in sales after service closed on Saturday. Sales guy Lou asked me “Do you know what time it is, service department closed at 3 pm Arranged to get car in sales after service closed on Saturday. Sales guy Lou asked me “Do you know what time it is, service department closed at 3 pm”. My paperwork was at the desk in the sales area, all Lou had to do was let someone else handle it, which they did. Requested to speak to manager, asked for apology from Lou, which manager would not grant, he apologized on behalf of Lou. Manager gave me business card for 2 free oil changes. Nice gesture, but still not happy that I did not get an apology from Lou. Also, my receipt that I paid online was not with my paperwork when I went to get my keys, had to pull it up in email and email it to them. More

Even though, I have been here numerous time I am a repeat customer of Heritage HONDA of Parkville. I only trust this dealership to service my vehicle. Even though, I have been here numerous times this was my first time meeting Jessica. She took the time to greet me even though cars were steadily coming through the door. 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback Service Review I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and my service advisor was very prompt and professional. I was also told that I needed an "A1" servi I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and my service advisor was very prompt and professional. I was also told that I needed an "A1" service check up and explained to me what that was and told me it will show up in my odometer when it is time for it to be done. This is my first car with this type of technology and my advisor answered any questions that I had. He said to me "these cars are smarter than we are." He seemed very knowledgeable of the features of my vehicle. More

Good service Scheduled online and waited for a little bit because of the line ahead. Garrett was helpful and professional. I was here to have the 15k-mile general Scheduled online and waited for a little bit because of the line ahead. Garrett was helpful and professional. I was here to have the 15k-mile general service and the total service took about 3hrs because during the inspection they found there was a nail in one of the front tire which was unrepairable. Garrett said they could replace a new tire and asked if I want them to take care of that, for safety concern I agreed. But that cost me another $260 which wasn’t in my plan. I didn’t have time to compare the price with other places/vendors but that’s indeed a bit pricy for me. I trusted the tech team but still, I was thinking later that I should have checked the old tire and see if it was really unrepairable(I felt like I’ve seen the nail before, though I couldn’t tell if it’s repairable or not), as well as the new tire to see if it’s the same type (at least now both front tires look the same, and that’s the best I can tell). In general everything was good. Would come back again for the next check. More
