However, I often get apprehensive with the parts and labor sticker shock. The service representative Mark Sowder was good enough to apply the online coupon discount which was somewhat of a relief and appreciated. He carefully explained what was needed, then pointed out noted items that were illustrated after work was done. I have used this service center since 2009 and for most part it has seemed worth the drive from Harford County. During the ride back home I did feel at ease and again felt the love of driving my car, just like it wasnew. More

Great help with unusual problem. Mark Sowder helped me through a very difficult situation with an unusual clutch problem which had been addressed earlier by a different dealer. He and Mark Sowder helped me through a very difficult situation with an unusual clutch problem which had been addressed earlier by a different dealer. He and those working with him found problems which had not previously been identified which had caused problematic behavior of the shifting mechanism to recur, and they were diligent in revisiting everything that had been previously done and identifying the cause of the recurrence and fixing it. He helped keep the cost below what it could have been by providing some of the labor gratis due to the fact that they were re-checking/re-doing and correcting some work that had already been done once by another dealer. Bill Marath and those working with him also helped me gratis in getting some clips put back into my front left fender liner a few days earlier after someone had backed into my wheel well and crumpled it a bit. More
