Customer oriented Just purchased a new 2019 Honda CRV. Stopped in to look, not intending to purchase, just getting ideas. We were dealing with John Wilson and Brent White. Excellent customer service, no pressure to make the purchase that day. As we picked the car, we found it had some type of adhesive on the hood and near the sun roof and before they put the Armour coating on the car we ask that they remove the adhesive. John explained to the service people about removing the adhesive prior to spraying. Unfortunately when they brought it back to us, the adhesive was still on the car and then we also found a small "dent" on the drivers side of the hood. John and Brent made good and found me another car exactly what I wanted. We really enjoyed working with everyone. Alex and Melody were wonderful to deal with. Alex made the financing part understandable and Melody with all the electronics was a gem. More

This was my first time ever buying any vehicle from a Dealership; my mom bought a new 2015 Civic from this very Dealership, and they have treated her This was my first time ever buying any vehicle from a Dealership; my mom bought a new 2015 Civic from this very Dealership, and they have treated her superbly right up to the present. 2004 Buick LeSabre with merely 22,000 garage-kept miles had just been traded in by the original owner's widow, and was priced at only $9,000. Manager Steve Rubin personally -and immediately- brought the keys to me so as to hear it's 231 cubic-inch engine run. Then, while it was flawlessly running, the Mechanic who Inspected it presented the paperwork to me showing the $1,300 worth of work he performed to return this LeSabre to good-as-new in every aspect. Salesman Elijah Wingate was quite methodical in detailing the transactional paperwork that had to be addressed. That was followed up by Financier extraordinaire Alex Peterson's excellent presentation of Warranty options. All in all, every one of these fellows were as polite and articulate as any prospective Customer could ever hope for !! More

Great Experience Start to Finish! We started with John Mohlhenrich, who was very nice, but was unavailable the night we made our appointment to come into the shop. Jared was our Sales Consultant and he did an awesome job. He did an excellent job picking just the right vehicle for us and was very personable throughout the long process. He was also very helpful walking me through the steps of features on the new CRV. He stayed with us while the financing was being done and answered any questions while we waited. He is definitely an asset to your dealership. The financial consultant, Alex Peterson, was very friendly but never pushy and explained every detail to us while filling out the paper work. He lives in the community and this makes a huge difference. Bill Spradbrow, Sales Manager welcomed us to the dealership and followed up with us at the end; congratulating us at the end with the keychain gift. Every person we dealt with at Heritage Honda of Westminster was very professional, but more importantly very friendly and patient with our many questions. I never felt pressured and it was a very welcoming atmosphere/experience.......not typical of an auto dealership. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.
