Worst car buying experience I’ve asked the dealership many different times to just do a collateral swap on the vehicle I purchased. The engine went out, heat is constantly having I’ve asked the dealership many different times to just do a collateral swap on the vehicle I purchased. The engine went out, heat is constantly having issues, no one there is any help. But they’ll offer a replacement vehicle to someone who simply has a rattling sound and a chip on the hood of their car. I asked to speak with the owner of the dealership and Michael Yoon claimed to be him. I’m not falling for this. So here I am, waiting on the attorney generals office to respond back, as well as starting the process with a lemon law lawyer. This is the fourth car we have bought at heritage and definitely the last. More

Although Heritage, where I started, could not at first find the vehicle I wanted to see, before I left Baltimore they were able to do so. A very satisfactory deal was struck with only minimal bargaining...basically my saying "I'll think about it", and the manager then making one adjustment to the price. No haggling, which I like. My sales person, Nafeesa, was very pleasant, as was the manger, Mr. Yoon. More
