Recommendation Matt was wonderful to deal with. Very knowledgeable. I live in Frederick and Matt spent time emailing me and handling a lot over the phone. This mad Matt was wonderful to deal with. I feel Mike in finance needs to improve on his behavior when someone isn't interested in purchasing additional add ons. Great Experience I have never had such an easy experience purchasing a vehicle. I was made an offer via email that was unbeatable. The price on the offer is the price I paid upon arriving at the dealership- no bait and switch or dishonesty at all. While additional options were presented to me at the dealership, it was just quick and informational with zero pressure to purchase anything. Great price and great service!!! More

Unlike most other automobile salesmen, Matt possesses a superlative car knowledge of the Genesis G80 I purchased. He answered numerous questions I had formed beforehand and during our time with patience, understanding and some wit which is rare and is a winning combination. Matt handled the negotiations professionally and in the end, I thought I received a fair deal. He also made sure my new G80 was ready and explained in clear detail what I needed to know. All of these things, which I observed closely, Matt emerges as the consummate salesman who can be counted on to close a deal with successful results.
