We had a "bottom line" for buying, and Matt did everything he could to help us stay in our price range. Once it came time to pay and pick up the car, everything was all set for me to do so and I paid exactly what I expected to pay. (Actually, he helped us get quite the discount, so we paid less). This isn't the type of dealership where you buy and they push you out the door either. Matt took his time explaining the manuals to us and showing us all of the great features on the new car when we picked it up. He was right and we ended up buying new because it made more sense for us with the awesome extended warranty we could utilize. LaToya was knowledgeable (and patient) when answering several more questions about the financing/loan, showing us several options that met our needs from which we could choose.
