Despite the fact that finalizing a car process unavoidably takes several hours, Heritage Hyundai tried their best to accommodate our schedule and wrap up all paperwork as soon as possible and we were in and out in about 3.5 hours (including a final test drive as well as tank fill up and car detailing). Also, we appreciated the 'no pressure yet high attention' type of service provided at Heritage. Our salesperson Mr. Kassim was very knowledgeable, was efficient in how to go about seeing all the different types of colors and trims we wanted to see, and provided great service right up until the end when we received the car. The only part during paperwork that was not completely transparent was where a financing rebate was (or was not) applied. The rest of the pricing and rebate process was VERY clear and easy to understand. It appears at some point it was either supposed to be reflected in the starting price already or it may have never been applied but it was not until I arrived home that we realized the possible omission. But overall, great experience with both the dealer, the sales rep and the business manager. They were even nice enough to mail me back a document that had been left at the dealer rather than my having to go back to pick it up. Thank you Heritage. More
