First of all, the pricing is straight forward with no surprises or convoluted math or going back and forth to the manager. Matt Long was knowledgable and answered all my questions, patiently helping me to explore my options with no pressure. He was super helpful, I found him to be a better than average listener and communicator. Matt spent a lot of time with me and in the end when I ended up buying a Mazda, he called me to congratulate me! I would have felt very good buying from him. Northern Virginia dealerships pale in comparison ! Bought my first new car in 20 years and am a first-time Hyundai owner. Stan G is 'the man'. Andre Edwards and Stan G both represent customer service Bought my first new car in 20 years and am a first-time Hyundai owner. Stan G is 'the man'. Andre Edwards and Stan G both represent customer service at its finest. Heritage Hyundai is housed in a small, older building as compared to the newer dealerships in Northern Virginia, such as Safford Hyundai and Chantilly Hyundai with glass floor-to-ceiling walls and contemporary furniture. The spaciousness of the newer dealerships is overmatched by Heritage Hyundai by way of it's white glove treatment for their clients. Stan G bent over backwards and stayed so, until he was convinced I was a-okay with the new vehicle orientation. He was with me every step of the way and courteous enough to let me know if he would be gone for more than 10 minutes, while my paperwork was being processed. I negotiated the price over the phone with Andre Edwards (Internet Director) because on the day I called, all the sales folks were busy. No hassle, no haggle, no push from Andre for the price. I had done enough research and review of pricing and felt very confident driving 81 miles to get my 2016 Tucson Limited. It was the car I was interested in and Andre had it prepped waiting for me. Our negotiations were very smooth, totally transparent, and pressure-free. I was particularly pleased in that there was no "probing" of our situation (monthly payment, trade, etc.). Mr. Moran is due particular praise for his professionalism and customer-focused approach. Should the occasion arise, I will most certainly recommend his services. More
