Customers are treated rudely & dont stick to the commitments I just wanted to leave feedback for your dealership. I am really unhappy, by the way Dorman treated us when we went for the final discussion on the I just wanted to leave feedback for your dealership. I am really unhappy, by the way Dorman treated us when we went for the final discussion on the car purchase. At times your self respect matters more than money. The first time I had deal with Heritage , my car price was $24,433 and was told that you guys don't have that Car interior I am looking for and will arrange for me . All I need to pay is that $24,433 and need not worry for any more charge/transportation cost . Recently I was told that I need to pay $300 more because they found the car in Connecticut. I went back to have final say and discuss over the price again since you going away from the words you promised.I was finally told ( which took not more than 5 mins) that we cant do anything with the price. And tone used was really rude as if we getting something for free. If I am ready to pay $24433, additional payment of $300 was not too big deal. But I changed my mind of not buying from your dealership, since you people don't stick to your words and customers are treated rudely when it comes to price negotiation. More
