Stan The Man!!!! My new car purchase at Heritage Hyundai of Towson was beyond fantastic. My salesman was Stan Gabrovski who I’d contacted online and proceeded to co My new car purchase at Heritage Hyundai of Towson was beyond fantastic. My salesman was Stan Gabrovski who I’d contacted online and proceeded to come in for a test drive. It’s important to note that I’m a previous car salesman and have a thorough knowledge of the business, gimmicks and all the extra nonsense which causes me to be extremely cautious. After spending time with Stan during the test-drive and talking about what was important regarding my new car purchase his enthusiasm and integrity had those cautious walls I built crashing down. I came to the dealership during the week and was going to delay my visit being I had my 2-year old daughter with me who was full of energy and during that time my wife was working so I had her all to myself, lol. Stan was extremely patient and made sure my daughter was ok with snacks, drinks and of course she made artwork out of some paperwork but he kept her busy and actually put her needs over our transaction. During the test drive he helped me put in her car seat and more. He even let me take the car to grab her something to eat. At one point I had an extremely hard time deciding whether to get a 2016 Sonata in Silver or Blue. The Blue Sonata was located at another lot where they hold some of their cars being they have a massive selection. Stan drove me to the lot and I checked out the Blue Sonata and still couldn’t make up my mind, lol. He insisted that he pull out the Blue Sonata and park it side-by-side with the Silver, I really didn’t want to trouble him but he had no problem at all and took the initiative to ensure that I was more than happy with my selection. It helped me choose which color I wanted-silver. Stan has what a lot of car salesman lack and that’s patience and integrity. Most are always on the move putting money before the customer but Stan was patient and never got distracted by other customers coming into the dealership while we were working. He also pushed to get me the deal I wanted. I also have to say, I know the golden rule as a previous car salesman which is to wait until the end of the month to purchase and I made my purchase on June 1st. I told Stan, you give me a deal I can’t refuse and I’ll buy this today and I have to say, that he made me a deal that I couldn’t refuse on the car price, my trade and financing even with my negative equity. This all happened without the cringe worthy back and forth bull right there in the dealership with my 2-yr old daughter. I normally work all of my car purchases out online but Stan and Heritage take the cake. This is the only dealership I trust to actually come in and get a good deal without all the dang games! Do yourself a favor and go to Heritage and ask for Stan Gabrovski. P.S sorry for the dissertation, lol More

The took us from a horrible situation with another dealership we'd been dealing with for over a week and gave us peace again of mind with Heritage Hynudai....kind, curtious, friendly, attentive, caring, polite, most of all they showed love, which is why we are all here no matter what we do..its very evident that the take complete pride in customer service....I will have as many follow me as I can to this dealership for a car purchase... Horrible Experience I live about 45-60 minutes away from this dealer - I am military so a lot of my time is taken up during the work day and at night, I am usually trying I live about 45-60 minutes away from this dealer - I am military so a lot of my time is taken up during the work day and at night, I am usually trying to max time with my newborn son and wife. I put in a truecar inquiry with USAA for a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and got linked with this dealership in that process. At first, Tom and Andre were very polite and professional because they really wanted me to come into their dealership (kinda pushy about it) - they left me a ton of voicemails that turned me off in the beginning, so right there I got a red flag. The second flag was the fact that they disregarded me as a customer with time constraints. I had a trade in and I wanted to lease; I primarily tried to communicate with them via email since I had limited time and was not in a rush to buy - apparently this is frowned upon at this dealership because they were very put off by my method of communication. Additionaly, I asked on many occassions for some potential numbers on what a deal could look like based on the parameters of my trade (which I sent every detail they asked for) and the car I wanted to lease. I guess they did not like that and continually urged me to come in so they could give me the numbers in person. I told them I didn't want to waste mine or their time if the numbers were not in my price range. At this point, they were getting very impatient with me and their emails became less and less professional. I decided to call Tom when I got the chance and he was very dry with me, he eventually gave in and sent me numbers and as I suspected, they were way outside my budget without even looking at my trade. At that point I told him I'd have to pass and we would part ways from there. Well, after talking to my wife, we decided the smaller Tucson would have to do so I contacted them again - this time, I was met with no professionalism and I felt very disrespected by Andre and Tom. I asked for numbers yet again to see if it was a possibility and the emails I received were sarcastic and disrespectful with zero regard for me, the customer. I explained to them mulitple times that I am getting ready to deploy and have very limited time - if I was not serious about making a deal with them, I wouldn't have kept communicating with them. This dealership is very arrogant, both Tom and Andre reminded me on many occassions that they are the best Hyundai dealership in Maryland and they pretty much made it seem like my business didn't matter because their organization is so great and there were many other people out there who would run to their dealership to make a deal. Safe to say, I'll never go to a Heritage dealership, this was a horrible experience. More
