Super Quick, Super Easy There is nothing I like worse than having to spend countless hours in a dealership purchasing a new vehicle. I did my research on Heritage's, Hyundai' There is nothing I like worse than having to spend countless hours in a dealership purchasing a new vehicle. I did my research on Heritage's, Hyundai's and a few other dealer's websites ahead of time. I also visited a couple a few times to make sure the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport was the vehicle for me. I sent an email through Heritage's website and was contacted by Ibrahim, literally less than 2 minutes after I hit "send". We set up an appointment for the next evening, when I walked in the showroom, I told Ibrahim that I didn't want to spend all night there and just wanted to get an idea of what my trade- in was worth. I figured it would take long enough just to get that done, then I would come back and see if we could put together a purchase. Well, Ibrahim assured me that they would be quick and he was right. I drove away two hours later in my new 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport AWD in the coolest color ever, Marlin Blue. Heritage had a great selection of vehicles, which certainly helped me to find exactly what I wanted. The entire staff worked quickly and answered each and every question I had through the whole process. Ibrahim was a perfect professional, as was management and finance. I absolutely loved the fact that I never had to sit and wait for anything. Straight up answers, no games, just professional answers, advice and guidance.
