Afterwards they didn't have the exact Tucson Sport I wanted and were willing to give me the color combo I wanted on the Tucson Limited for the same price they were going to give me for the Sport. That would have been incredible except for my aversion to leather seats. Afterwards they tracked down the exact one I wanted, went to pick it up and then Matt came in on his day off (didn't tell me until afterwards) to make the sale. He and the manager worked with me significantly on the price and I was very pleased with the whole experience. This was the second vehicle I've bought from them and I've had a great experience both times. More

Sold the car to another dealer instead of to them because of the Manager's attitude. Then even though I provided all the information that they needed and made an appointment to return to sign paperwork, they made me wait over an hour to get to the F&I Manager to do the 10 minutes worth of paperwork necessary to complete the deal. In all fairness, almost ALL car dealers are horrible in that way so on par, they rate a "FAIR" on my dealership scale. More
