Great Experience I visited heritage Hyundai in Towson last week to upgrade from my 2005 Elantra to the 2016 model. This was the first time I've negotiated a car purcha I visited heritage Hyundai in Towson last week to upgrade from my 2005 Elantra to the 2016 model. This was the first time I've negotiated a car purchase on my own and had felt pressured and over stressed at the dealerships I visited prior. Heritage had the best price by far and working with Tom Hamme was a breeze. He was friendly and made the whole process as stress free as possible. I would definitely recommend that anyone visiting heritage Hyundai request him specifically! More

Best Car Buying Experience First off I would like to thank all the Heritage personnel I came in contact with during my vehicle purchase. More importantly I would like to acknowl First off I would like to thank all the Heritage personnel I came in contact with during my vehicle purchase. More importantly I would like to acknowledge Lisa Lescalleet for her patients in dealing with my particular situation. I found the 2013 Elantra online, I inquired about availability electronically. Lisa responded to me the next day and we set up a meet. I loved the car after test driving it. My intention was to surprise my daughter with an early Christmas gift. A problem developed with the transfer on my funds from an retirement account and my bank. This delayed the purchase. I do understand that it's not the practice of the company to Hold a vehicle while until my funds are free but they saw that I was dealing in good faith and worked with me. It took an additional three days for the funds to arrived and I was able surprise my daughter with a Great car. Lisa was very understanding of my situation and treated me like FAMILY. I just want to thank her and Randy in finance for helping this dad shine! I will recommend Heritage Hyundai to all my friends and family.
