He let me know a car came in I was interested in (color ) and after it sold as I couldn't make it there for afew days ( I live a long distance away) he found me another and had it brought there for me. Not up front with my request. I responded to an internet soutce for used car. I liked the Tucson and emailed a request for a test drive. Between the request and test drive appointm I responded to an internet soutce for used car. I liked the Tucson and emailed a request for a test drive. Between the request and test drive appointment I received a number of phone calls and emails stating that them were looking forward to my appointment and request would be ready. As a matter of I received a phone call the night before stating that everything was ready. I arrived at the dealership and car I wanted to test drive was sold I was told. A heads up that this had occurred would have been greatly appreciated. I knew the time between the request and test was long enough that it was possible that the car could to sold. With all of communication leading up to the appointment, letting me know that the I was interested in was sold did not seem important. I was ready to buy, but after that I made up my mind that I was not going to spend hard earned funds at your dealership. More
