I hate buying cars. This time it was easy. Friday night we stopped by to look at a car they had listed on line. We called first to make sure the car was there (it was), and a gentleman named B Friday night we stopped by to look at a car they had listed on line. We called first to make sure the car was there (it was), and a gentleman named Bristol answered the phone. We met him an our later. This young man couldn't have been nicer. No pressure, friendly, humorous. He had the car pulled out front for us to look at right away. We loved the car, it was exactly what we wanted, but we were initially a bit apart financially and wanted to sleep on it. No high pressure, he thanked us for coming in, and said he hoped to see us the next morning. I called him early the next day...actually, I TEXTED him, we negotiated the price by text, and reached a deal. 6 hours later we took the car home. I HATE buying cars. I HATE car sale people. I HATE the process and the games. But This was a breeze, and Bristol made it that way. If you go to Towson Hyundai, ask for Bristol, and tell them that Steve T sent you. Whether you buy or not, you'll deal with a very nice, laid back guy. More

So Satisfied My husband and I had been shopping for nearly a month looking for a car. We had spent so much time traveling all over the city and county we were frustrated and tired. I found a car I was interested in looking at , called Heritage and spoke to Bristol on the phone . Very courteous and genuine ,we agreed to meet that afternoon. When we arrived, Bristol was busy with another customer and turned us over to Lisa. We were immediately impressed that instead of making us wait, he introduced us to Lisa and she became our saleslady. Lisa was attentive, listened to our concerns and walked us through the whole process. We were initially interested in a Sonata, but with all the goodies I wanted, unfortunately we were unable to afford the one I wanted. However Lisa Showed us the exact same color,low mileage, and all the goodies I wanted and we elated. I love my newer car and Lisa was awesome. So patient and professional through entire sale. I would recommend checking out Lisa, at Heritage Hyundai in Towson before you make your final decision. My husband and I had left with such a sense of relief and satisfaction.
