When I went into Heritage Hyundai Towson I was greeted as if I was of importance . Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Then the big reveal. I saw Lisa walk across the floor with such and I knew that I had the person.. We spoke about the type of car that I wanted and off she ran to get it. The test drive was hilarious. It was like riding around with a good friend. Lisa explained everything that the car had. I was glad that she knew how to avoid the turnabout. (Whew, what a mess) Lisa was very knowledgeable, energetic, and knows her cars and job very well. I have never purchased a car and was in and out in 3 hours. I sure hope that she's around if and when I purchase another car. More

The staff was friendly, professionally and noticeably dressed in Heritage Hyundai attire - don't see that everywhere. That resonated with us that spoke of professionalism and teamwork. We worked with Randy in the Business Office - he thoroughly explained other options, pros and cons and made us feel like valued customers - very professional. Once everything was done, Lisa spent time after the dealership was closed to show my wife all of the features within the car. She was still high energy and friendly after the dealership had officially closed. My wife was thoroughly impressed as was I. We enjoyed our experience and Lisa was the key part of it. More

Excellent Customer Service WINS Everytime!!! While my first experience purchasing from Heritage was not the best, it really wasn't. I had NO intention of ever purchasing from ANY Heritage dealer While my first experience purchasing from Heritage was not the best, it really wasn't. I had NO intention of ever purchasing from ANY Heritage dealer again, if I could. My experience was bad enough, that I almost didn't return Jennifer's second call. I has ignored the first when I realized, where she was calling from. It turns out it was the best thing I ever did. She and Ty changed my entire perception of Heritage of Towson. This go round I didn't feel pressured to hurry up and buy. Nor since my purchase have I felt like any less of a client and customer. A complete 360 from my first experience, where once the car was purchased and begin to have issues almost 30 days after my original sales folk would so nicely send me to voicemail or simply not return my call. How great a feeling to walk n and see the flushed faces of those same people, when I returned. Petty but true! Jennifer and Ty most certainly saved me as a client, its because of them I'm still a customer, and seriously continuing to be one going forward. Jennifer was beyond knowledgeable and took the time to ask me what I wanted vs pushing or rushing me into a purchase I may regret or couldn't afford. She understood mileage was very important as I commute to DC daily to work at CBS Washington. Ty made understanding my purchase a breeze, with financial language I could understand. Even after my y purchase, as questions have arise he and Jennifer have patiently answered them all. Emails, texts, calls you name it. In a time where customer service is normally 2nd or 3rd or even 4th on the list, its been an awesome experience getting first rate customer service for the first time in a long time from to phenomenally stellar folks! But... I didn't experience any of that bull when I went to Heritage Hyundai in Towson. Art was there, very genuine, to understand what we were looking for and managed the entire process with honesty and integrity. He explained what was going on and didn't leave us waiting for unnecessary amounts of time. I would follow him and buy a car from any dealership he was at. If you want to waste your time, listen to bull, have someone explain to you all these options or cars that you know will not meet your needs or interests, then please go somewhere else or talk to someone else but if you want to walk away knowing exactly what you signed up for, then Art at Heritage Hyundai is where you need to go.
