The car we wanted to replace was still running, so we weren't in any hurry. Working with LaToya at Heritage Hyundai was a delightful surprise. No high pressure sales tactics, no judgement, no bull. She listened to what we were looking for and really looked out for us. We definitely felt taken care of, not taken advantage of. We got the best sales person In our search for a new car and not knowing exactly what we wanted . . . .we lucked out BIG TIME with Lisa as our sales person! We have all been thro In our search for a new car and not knowing exactly what we wanted . . . .we lucked out BIG TIME with Lisa as our sales person! We have all been through it when looking to buy, where you get that salesperson who does not listen and is always trying to steer you where they want and push you with the cheesy "I have to talk to my mananger ploys" until you either give in or walk out. But Lisa was perfect. She listen to my ideas and thoughts of what I was looking for and did not push, infact she made sure no one else pushed us either. We stopped in on a Wednesday night after 6pm just to look and talk. Lisa was so perfect . . . she found me the perfect car at the perfect price. I could not believe it really could be that easy to buy a car. No Stress! like I have dealt with at other dealerships and sales people. If you are looking for a car go straight to Lisa, don't waste your time. More

TOOK THE CAR FOR A REGULAR OIL CHANGE I had a gret experience when i was buying car couple a months ago. Stan Gabrovski did the great job. But I am very disappointed with the service whe I had a gret experience when i was buying car couple a months ago. Stan Gabrovski did the great job. But I am very disappointed with the service when i took my car for oil change last week. I had to bring car back after three days cause i find out that they OVERFILL oil level in my car when they was changing oil. They overfill for whole quart above Full line!!!!???? THey did not even apologize, not even tried to rush to fix at, i have to wait for about the hour to be done. I hope that this iresponsible work done on mycar does not damage my engine. I am not sure how they can allowed they workers to make this kind of mistake. This is basic in car maintaince. Very disapointed. Again Stan Gabrovski sold me a car, and I Had great experience and He still keep in touch and when i come to service he comes out and say hi and talk to me. Great employee and good guy. BUT THEY SERVICE OPERATION NEED RECALIBRATION. I am losing time of the work to fix this problem. Maybe they should make Stan probably Manager of Service, cause he is example of great customer service. Hope next time my experence will be better. More

He not only ran my application within mins he found me the perfect car with only one try. This showed me that Tom not only listened to me but was familiar with Heritage's inventory. Through out the entire process he help me, down to making sure I was able to get affordable insurance. He was very knowledgeable on the Model and make of the car and gave me a brief review before I drove off the lot. I would recommend visiting Tom at Heritage to any of my family and friends looking for a new car. More

Bruce Curtis was my salesperson & he took his time going over the different models & features that I was looking for. He had me test drive the car before negotiating any price. We went over whether I should purchase or lease this car. I would definitely recommend your dealership & Bruce. More

While, I did not receive great service from the service center I w My 2012 Sonata broke down with engine trouble and I was told I needed a new engine. While, I did not receive great service from the service center I was pleased with my experiencing trading my car in. Tom was very quick! I was in and out in less than 4 hours. My other suggestion is to change the process with the financing manager when closing the deal on the car. I hate being sold add-on services that I can't afford and don't need! Thank you Tom. More
