Unlike other dealerships that I visited before deciding that I wanted to focus on the Hyundai Genesis, I never experienced any pressure from Matt to purchase the vehicle or to purchase it from him/Heritage. I had questions about the car's electronic features that Matt was able to immediately address and one or two that required further research after I left the dealership. These questions dealt with a minor feature of the navigation system and software on my specific cell phone. Matt did the research and followed up with me within a day of my test drive. I believe that he is a shining star within the galaxy of automotive sales people with whom I have dealt!! More

Great Experience Stan Gabrovski at Heritage Hyundai in Towson, Maryland exceeded my expectations. I had been wanting to trade my 2011 Sonata in for quite some time and Stan Gabrovski at Heritage Hyundai in Towson, Maryland exceeded my expectations. I had been wanting to trade my 2011 Sonata in for quite some time and had taken my time searching but one day, just happened upon Heritage after work. I was in no rush to sell my car as I wanted a decent deal for it. Car Max in White Marsh and Sheehy Nissan in Glen Burnie were more than disappointing so I was almost ready to give up for a few months. In short, ince I arrived, I was great by Stan in a matter of minutes. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase a car or badgered by any salesperson. Stan took the time to ask me what it was I had, what I was looking for, what price range I would be comfortable with, etc. He showed me several options and just made the overall experience easy, comfortable and pleasant. Upon finding a car I wanted, there was actually a mishap in which another salesperson had sold the car a few hours prior, a fact that Stan was not aware of. To be honest....as upset as I was about the perfect car no longer being avaiable (the color I wanted, model, and most importantly the price range), I was ready to walk away. Surprisingly enough Stan seemed more upset than I was! He worked out a deal in which I actually got a better car (upgrade) but was able to keep the same car payment that I would have had with the previous one. I absolutely LOVE my car and could not have been any happier with the whole ordeal. In the weeks following, Stan has called and email to make sure everything has been working properly and to ask if I had any questions. Therefore, in addition to a very clean and polished dealership, ask for Stan...a man who is polite, genuinely good person and a great saleman and you will walk out of Heritage with a smile on your face! We felt that Heritage was very straight forward and not trying to scam us unlike Antwerpen. Heritage went above and beyond our expectation. When they didn't have the car we wanted on the lot. They called out of state and had it driven to their location. Talk about good customer service. Antwerpen told us that couldn't do anything for us and tried selling us a different car that we didn't even want. Heritage is the way to go if you want straight forward, easy car buying process. We dealt with Jennifer Cahill and would recommend her to anyone buying a vehicle. More
