Blessed and caring I can not express totally the pleasant and wonderful experience that my mom and myself had when we visited Heritage Hyundai in Towson. The experience was very relaxing and the two ladies that made our visit a wonderful experience was Lisa Lescallett and Darla Brown. They treated us with such professionalism, friendliness and care. They worked very hard to make sure we left with the car we wanted in the price we could afford. I have never had anyone work as hard for us as these two ladies did. They were very concerned about us being comfortable while they worked on getting us approved for the car. They was so concerned about us, they apologized every minute for the wait, they even went the extra mile and brought us lunch. Now, tell me where you can get this type of treatment anywhere else, and I will show you Lisa and Darla. They worked very well together, I just can't get over the concern they had for me and my mom.
