Mrs. Darla Brown was the financing specialist I work with. She kept in contact and got me approved for a loan. I went in a couple of days before making a purchase to look around. I spoke with Rudy Raley who was an excellent salesman. He answered all of my questions truthfully to help me make a decision about the car I wanted to purchase. After I explained to him my terms I told him I would be back in a couple of days. When I came back he had a couple of cars ready for me to look at the fit my criteria. Out of the ones he had ready for me I saw the car that I wanted was sitting right there in front of me. it was the perfect one that was fit for me. Once we got all the paperwork finished he showed me how to work my car and filled up the gas tank for me. Everybody at Heritage Hyaundai was very nice and truthful. Our Sales person Stan responded our inquiry very professionally with all details requested. He looked up the exact model we wanted and had it ready for us. We received a respectable quote and final price. Most part of our deal was already finalized without even visiting the dealership as we were very very satisfied with professional replies we were receiving.
