My experience with Towson Hyundai has been a pleasant one. Everyone there including the salesman Bristol Johnson had a pleasant disposition and seemed genuinely interested in how they could earn my busin one. Everyone there including the salesman Bristol Johnson had a pleasant disposition and seemed genuinely interested in how they could earn my business and give me the best options for my budget. During the process I didn't feel that I had someone riding my back to purchase a car or that I was being subjected to some kind of manipulation even though I know it does exist inside of many car dealerships. Just to note I was there with my family and had a lot of support in making my decision. I was filled with anxiety during the process as this was my first car purchase but overall, I walked away with the car and the payments I wanted. I hope every experience I have in the future with Towson Hyundai is like this one. More

When I initially came to Heritage I was unsure if they were going to be able to meet my financial and personal needs. Prior to my visit, I called over the phone and spoke with Bristol Jordan. He was a very informative gentleman, which made me feel comfortable to drive to dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership I was pleasantly greeted promptly at the door. I felt welcome the moment I stepped into the building. Bristol and his managers were able to meet my financial needs while giving me the best options for my vehicle. I was very skeptical coming to a traditional dealership for the first time; however, Bristol was an excellent and honest salesman. Our visit to Heritage Hyundai Towson was the best car buying experince we have ever had. Jennifer and Randy were both great to work with and made the process of trading in our old car and purchasing our buying experince we have ever had. I just bought a 2013 Elantra From Heritage Hyundai in Towson. Even though the process continued way past their closing time, Jennifer was there every step of the way. We got down to the price I wanted an Towson. Even though the process continued way past their closing time, Jennifer was there every step of the way. We got down to the price I wanted and drove home at 10:30pm in my new car. It was a pressure free experience - dare I say even enjoyable - and I knew I could walk away at any time. I even had an appointment later that night at a different dealership, but called them and said never mind. None of the standard cr*ppy sales tactics used and the closing process was quick and the only additional offers made were the Gap and maintenance plans. I bought the Gap policy. Hopefully, in a year or so, I'll be back to buy my wife a new Elantra. I hope Jennifer is still there. More

My first new car was a Hyundai and it treated me well for thirteen years! When it was time to purchase a car I knew I wanted another Hyundai. I went to five different dealerships before I found the right o thirteen years! When it was time to purchase a car I knew I wanted another Hyundai. I went to five different dealerships before I found the right one. I called the Heritage Hyundai dealership in Towson and asked if a specific model was in stock. My salesperson, Jennifer Cahill was the one who answered my call. Jennifer said the car was in stock and she walked out to the lot to confirm. That meant a lot to me because one of the dealerships I had visited told me the model I inquired about was in stock. I drove twenty miles only to find out it they did not have the car I asked about in their lot. So when Jennifer confirmed I asked if I could come in for a test drive in thirty minutes. When I arrived Jennifer already had the car waiting for me right out front. It was love at first sight! Jennifer is very well educated about all the features and this made it very exciting for me. I felt no intimidation working with Jennifer (unlike my other experiences). I had a budget in mind and Doug Lamkin worked really hard trying to get to the price I could afford. He made it work! The next day I went back to pick up my new car and Jennifer came in (on her day) off to prepare all the paperwork and walk me through the primary features. It was such a pleasant experience. Jennifer even called me a day later to see if there were any questions she could answer for me. That is customer service! I bought the Genesis Coupe 3.8 GT and WOW what a beautiful model! I came to Jennifer after emailing back and forth for a couple of days about the used Hyundai's that they have in stock. I have a very busy work and school schedule, but she was very helpful in scheduling couple of days about the used Hyundai's that they have in stock. I have a very busy work and school schedule, but she was very helpful in scheduling a time for me to come out and test drive the cars and talk about my options. I had never driven a Hyundai before, but after the first test drive I was very happy with the experience and knew that this would be a good choice for me. The whole experience was great and I couldn't have asked for a more relaxed and easy car buying experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a new or used car, and would recommend Jennifer to help them out with their experience. Jennifer was a great salesperson to deal with. The whole car purchase experience can be stressful and I had suffered through that situation at some of the prior dealerships I had visited. Heritage Hyundai w car purchase experience can be stressful and I had suffered through that situation at some of the prior dealerships I had visited. Heritage Hyundai was like a breath of fresh air; no high pressure tactics and uncomfortable squirming but just reasonable conversation and explanations. I also dealt with Doug Lamkin who is the Sales Manager. He was pretty awesome in explaining some of the confusing information that I had received elsewhere. He has a wealth of experience in the trade and I was glad that I got to deal with him. I would certainly recommend this dealership based on the very positive experience that I had. More

This is our second Hyundai from this dealer,and just wanna say this experience was even better than the first who knew it could keep getting better.First in talking with the Sales Mgr. Mr. Jason Scarlet wanna say this experience was even better than the first who knew it could keep getting better.First in talking with the Sales Mgr. Mr. Jason Scarlett was great he worked to put my wife in the car she wanted and in our price range.Then the experince we had with Mr.Bristol Jordan was TOP TEN he explained all the paperwork in terms we could understand and went over all the features on the new Sonata even hooking up the Bluetooth phone service.Just wanna say great job and we would recommend every one in the market for a new or used vehicle to at least give these guys a look first. I purchased my 2011 Hyundai Sonata from this dealership at the end of May and in these three months I have had to have it towed twice and brought back numerous times to have problems fixed. One of which th at the end of May and in these three months I have had to have it towed twice and brought back numerous times to have problems fixed. One of which they kept my car for around 4 or 5 days (they broke a bolt in my car and had to replace it) and didn't have any loaner cars for me to borrow. Every time I have brought it in to be serviced actually, they have not had a loaner car. They also do not call to let you know when your car is finished. I called several times during the day and the receptionist I spoke with told me they would call to inform me when my car was finished, but they never did. I purchased my car because I needed a reliable car and I definitely would have been better off not buying a Hyundai. It is a 2011 and my 1998 Civic is more reliable than this car. I absolutely love who sold me the car and have nothing negative to say about him, but unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about Hyundai. I do not recommend anyone going to Heritage Hyundai. More
