THEY NEW JUST WHAT TO DO. THEY WORKED WITH THE BUYER WHO LIVES OUT OF STATE. NEVER GAVE US A HASTLE AND WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I was in the market for a new car and went to Hertiage Hyundai at Towson to see the Elantra. A nice polite gentleman approached me on the lot and asked if I needed help. I was on other car dealership lots previously and no one wanted to come outside to assist me (I guess it was too hot). He introduced himself to me and we began to talk about the car. I explained to him my circumstance and he was very attentive to my needs and concerns. We went inside and did some basic paperwork and he was able to secure me an Elantra that met my needs. I informed him I was already talking to another dealership and wanted to think about what car would be the best for me. George and Jason had no problem with that and told me to call them back and we could close the deal. I did not call them back as I ended up purchasing a car from another dealership (not because the customer service was great)but it was less expensive and I received 0% financing. George did give me a follow up call the next morning and I explained to him that I purchased another vehicle. He was good with that and again was very polite and professional. We finished our conversation on a good note. If I could afford two cars I would have purchased the Elantra from George. I will go back to George when I need another car and would recommend him to my friends. The Elantra was a great car, but George was better. This is also the first dealership that I have visited and did not feel overwhelmed or like I was having the wool pulled over my eyes. George and Jason sold me a used Saturn Vue with little mileage, in great condition, and at a good price. I used USAA's car buying service and Heritage Hyundai was one of the three dealers USAA provided price quotes for. Initially, Heritage had the highest price of the three dealers provided to me, BUT after vi one of the three dealers USAA provided price quotes for. Beware of other dealers giving out misleading price quotes. Heritage was very upfront about their pricing, no funny business. I worked with Matt Long and he was professional and knowledgeable. Matt was awesome. He was very patient and helped us pick out exactly what we wanted. We bought a 2011 black limited Elantra (6 months used) for a good price. He found us an owner's manual for free because the used car didn't have one. He also made sure our empty gas tank was filled up. Everyone else at Heritage was also very friendly and helpful. We worked with Jason for our finances and got to meet several other very funny sales staff. Matt made it feel like he was taking all the possible steps to help us get what we want.
