The salesman was anxious to find out what I really wanted. This dealership is committed to being the best in price, delivery, service and satisfaction. I believe 5 out of 5 would put them into a categ wanted. This dealership is committed to being the best in price, delivery, service and satisfaction. I believe 5 out of 5 would put them into a category that they couldn't get any better. When I go back I'm betting they will be even better. More
We liked this car buying experience because we were given information we requested regarding the car, without the salesman being too pushy or aggressive. He was friendly, and professional. From the moment that I stepped on the lot I was greeted with a friendly professional sales person. We talked about the cars that I liked and he gave the information on the cars. He was not pushy when I t with a friendly professional sales person. We talked about the cars that I liked and he gave the information on the cars. He was not pushy when I told him that I was shopping around, and that I would be back within the week. I returned the next day and he was just as nice as the first day that I was on the lot. Though he was with a customer he still said hello and told me he would be right with me. I then test drove the car and loved it. I am now the proud owner of a new-used Infiniti. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
Worked mostly with Matt Long (Excellent) via introduction by Darren. Overall experience with the presence of the dealership down to the interactions with Matt and a few others, was a very pleasant experience by Darren. Overall experience with the presence of the dealership down to the interactions with Matt and a few others, was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very attentive and had listened to my needs and fulfilled them. Having been a prior Hyundai owner through another dealer, I can say there is no parity and Heritage stood out in many ways. It was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to having all the service done at Heritage Towson. PS. A few scratches to be fixed but not unexpected and I expect they will be done with quality. Great sales staff! They really made me feel like a valued customer and went out of their way to get me the exact car that I wanted while still being open to negotiation. Specifically Stan and the sales manag customer and went out of their way to get me the exact car that I wanted while still being open to negotiation. Specifically Stan and the sales manager whose name escapes me (Jason?) I would definitely recommend them! More
George was right there when I needed a salesman. He took his time with me. I had no experience with Hyundai. I wanted to get a feel for the car. George took me on four different test drives. He was very res his time with me. I had no experience with Hyundai. I wanted to get a feel for the car. George took me on four different test drives. He was very resourceful and went to great length to help me find the model I was looking for. I feel very comfortable in the decision I made. George Small made it a pleasure. More
It was a pleasure working with George Small and Justin Davis. They were very noligable about the product and very pleasant to speak with. I would recommend this dealership to friends, family members and c Davis. They were very noligable about the product and very pleasant to speak with. First, let me say that I'd rank "playing the car buying game" below having a root canal on a list of enjoyable things to do. There's a reason I run my cars until they run no more. That said, the H buying game" below having a root canal on a list of enjoyable things to do. There's a reason I run my cars until they run no more. That said, the Heritage folks (specifically Jason and Tony with whom I dealt directly) actually made my recent experience more than tolerable. Since I don't suffer this game gladly, I request very explicit information before I will even agree to sit down with a salesmen. In this case, my wife and I researched and spec'd a specific vehicle (Santa Fe) and requested online quotes from 6 Baltimore-area dealers. Two called within minutes of the quote request, both with the "when can we make an appointment" approach, and neither of which would provide the requested quote without such an appointment. The old, "what do I have to do to put you in this car today?" approach. Sorry guys the 50's are over, you obviously don't want to earn my money --- sayonara. Two others provided a series of quotes on vehicles that were not consistent with the provided spec's. Hard to believe anyone would respond to this tactic, but I guess it must work as these dealers keep at it. Anyway, scratch two more. Two sent me quotes on the spec'd vehicle --- Heritage and one other, whose quote was significantly lower than that provided by Heritage. But, after investigating the lowest quote further via a series of e-mail communications over several days, the price kept climbing and climbing as it became clear they were trying to get me into the dealership with an I4 quote, instead of the V6 we had spec'd. By the time we had a price on the right vehicle, I had not only lost any respect for the individual I was dealing with, but the quoted price was well above the Heritage quote. So, back to Heritage with the expectation that their quoted price also would increase as discussions progressed. Didn't happen. The price changed not one dime from that originally quoted. Moreover, by the time I had exhausted discussions with the other dealer, Heritage no longer had a vehicle matching the spec's in stock. Rather than pressing us to buy another Santa Fe, they spent the better part of two weeks locating a vehicle that matched the spec's. Once they had it in stock, I reluctantly went to negotiate the sale in person, again fully expecting the price to inflate with extraneous freight charges, etc. Much to my surprise, the quoted price was the sale price. I never had to threaten to walk away. They never went to "talk to their manager." We took a test drive and they wrote up the paperwork for the quoted price. Done! As happy as I can be with plunking down a pile of hard earned cash. I can't speak with regard to any other transactions, but Jason and Tony were men of their word in their dealings with me. To me, that still means everything. Thanks so much guys for making this tolerable and maybe even restoring a bit of faith in an industry that seems to go out of its way to alienate their customers. Through this transaction, you not only earned this sale, but gained my future business as well (even though there are several other dealerships that are closer). I would recommend that at least five other Baltimore area Hyundai dealers take note as Heritage ended up with my money when the rest seemed unable to figure out what was important. Sorry for the length of this thing, but I figured the full story might be a bit more informative than a simple "these guys are great!" Jason and Tony, if you guys read these things, thanks again. Hope all is well. More
The staff there is very friendly. They seem to place a lot of value on customer satisfaction. When I had issues with a used car that I bought, I spoke to the general manager and he took my concerns serio lot of value on customer satisfaction.
