As soon as I stepped on to the lot, Matt walked up, introduced himself, and made himself available to answer my questions. I was never pressured and felt very comfortable talking with him. Jason helped me with my trade-in (which was very generous) and walked me through the beginnings of the financial investment I was about to make. Both were extremely kind, and considerate, especially when my infant daughter needed to join me (they talked quietly while she napped). Mark wrapped up my evening with finalizing all of the paperwork, being mindful to be as quick as possible (because it was past my daughter's bedtime). Besides the secretary, every offered hellos and genuine smiles and if I had enough money to buy another car, it would be a Hyundai from Mile One Towson! More

I visited the dealership several times before purchasing my 2011 Tucson. I love it! Doug has been very helpful in explaining all the features to me. Doug even handled the return of my rental car for me! This was not expected, but a wonderful gift so I could drive my new vehicle home.
