I bought a 2010 used Sonata from Matt Long at this dealership after having seen the vehicle on AutoTrader.com. Matt & his boss, Jason, were extremely professional and friendly with absolutely no tactics to pressure me into a decision. I very much appreciated this. The only reason I rated the dealership a 4 instead of a 5 for customer service & overall experience is the amount of time it took, once we had come to an agreement, to actually take my money was over 90 minutes. This is not a reflection on Matt at all but rather the dealership for not having enough processors to take care of the traffic they had that day. I paid cash so none of this time was in loan processing. I will definitely shop here for my next vehicle though in spite of this. More

Our meeting with Tom Hamm, salesman at Heritage Mile High Hyundai, was a pleasant experience. Buying a new car is stressful but he managed all aspects of the sale, including the test drive, the negotiation a Hyundai, was a pleasant experience. I did not feel pressure and was happy with my decision and the price, especially with my trade in. I was concerned with going into the finance room with the added expense for extras, but that was a pleasa and the price, especially with my trade in. That gentleman was very knowledgeable and easy to understand and I feel he like Matt sensed quickly my wants and needs. In all it was an enjoyable experience for me and I will buy another car from Heritage. Next time I hope my car will be on the lot. I wanted a certain color and a few other things that was found at another location. This is not uncommon at any dealer. I have a smile on my face every time I see my car and it keeps getting bigger.
