I was involved in a 3 car accident 2 weeks ago. My car was appraised as a total loss... 6 days before my rental was due back. A follow up call was made to double check my appointment time and who I would be meeting with. When I walked in, the front desk associate was very warm and welcoming. I met with Douglas and little by little, all my worries were slipping away. I felt like everything was going to turn out OK after all. Quite some time was spent with me in a very low key fashion, not the stereotypical car salesman mode. They understood my anxiety and really helped me with choices. Douglas was very positive and thorough. A lease turned out to be exactly what was right for me, and the monthly payments were absolutely within my budget. When a car was picked out, he went over every detail of the operation of my vehicle, understanding how nervous I was after a bad accident. He took that into account and mentioned it. I met with Justin in Finance towards the end. He went over all options with me in terms of additional coverage. Lovely demeanor, I felt like I had been working with him in regards to my car for years. Absolutely lovely demeanor. Wow - Heritage Hyundai was amazing. They even took my rental back for me. I shopped around for a few days looking at other cars and Hyundai Towson gave me the best deal and the best warranty. I even went to another Hyundai dealership and I know that I got I got the best deal at T Hyundai Towson gave me the best deal and the best warranty. Customer service was far superior than the other dealerships that I went to. My father bought new winter wipers for my new Elantra and Doug even took care of putting them on the car. My daughter was interested in buying her first new car and we visited several dealerships. George Small was so patient and did everything in his power to make sure that she got everything that she wanted and we visited several dealerships. She loved all the amenities but didn't like the suspension so he suggested that she test drive the other model of the Elantra which has a different suspension. He even stayed late (until 10:30 pm on our first visit and 11:00 pm on the day we bought the car) to make sure that we were happy with the car before buying it. She is delighted with her new car and I am very satisfied with the service that we received. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

Nothing was forced on me (extra options, service agreements, or accessories). Terms were thoroughly explained. When I came in after the financing was arranged, it took around an hour to have me taking a photo next to my new car and driving off of the lot. An overall excellent experience! Really. I am replacing a totaled vehicle, and I am glad I dropped by to check out the inventory. It ended up being a painless experience to a new car.... CHeck them out! More
