I did a lot of research of compact cars and decided the 2010 Hyundai Elantra would be the best buy for the money in that category. I looked on-line at the inventory of a few local Hyundai dealers and made 2010 Hyundai Elantra would be the best buy for the money in that category. I looked on-line at the inventory of a few local Hyundai dealers and made a few calls to the dealerships. I liked the way my inquiry was handled by Heritage and decided to see and drive an Elantra. My wife and I were introduced to Floyd who was friendly, Knowledgeable, and patient. He showed us an Elantra GLS and set us up for a test drive. We elected for Floyd to come along to answer our questions. He showed us all the features of the car from under the hood to inside the trunk. The car was not quite what we wanted in a car. While we were standing on the lot a truck drove up with a black 2011 Elantra on board. We liked the looks and features on that model, but since it was the first of the 2011's to arrive, there were no great discounts on that car. Floyd suggested we look at the only black 2010 Elantra on the lot which we had not noticed. He suggested we take it for a test drive and we did. It was an Elantra SE, and had many of the features I liked: Alloy wheels, sport tuned suspension. electronic stability control with traction control and other features not on the GLS. Floyd worked out a great deal for us including a generous trade of our 1992 Nissan 300ZX. Floyd never pressured us and was patient throughout the whole process. I would recommend Heritage Hyundai and especially Floyd Pryor to anyone interested in purchasing a Hyundai. We drove in with a 1992 Nissan 300ZX and a few hours later drove out with a brand new 2010 Elantra SE. More

Throughout the entire process, we never felt pressured and eventually found the right car for us. On our way home, we both agreed that this had been (by far) our most pleasant car buying experience. Upon getting screwed by Thompson Hyundai in East Baltimore, I had contacted Heritage. Doug Winebrener was my Sales Consultant. They were more than willing to match the price I had been given without Baltimore, I had contacted Heritage. Doug Winebrener was my Sales Consultant. Mr. Winebrener was exceptionally great as a Sales Consultant. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Hyundai. The car purchased was a 2011 Sonata 2.o Turbo. The car is great. Although there were a few salesmen with good ratings, two stood out; one being Matt Long. I cautiously entered the dealership with research in hand, but still somewhat skeptical about the DealerRater comments. Certainly, anyone can post flattering comments. However, after meeting Matt and working with him I was pleasantly surprised. Although he was with another customer when I arrived, another salesman showed me the Sonata and answered questions while I waited. In itself this was surprising since he was not going to get any potential sale. Noting that I had used DealerRater and specifically asking for Matt by name made its way around the building rather quickly. The manager seemed to be suitably impressed. Matt was great to work with. It took a few days to locate the vehicle with the specifications I wanted. Matt kept in contact via phone and e-mail to let me know of his progress in expediting the delivery. The dealership and Matt gave me, what I felt, was a fair deal on the vehicle of my choice as well as a good price on my trade-in. Thank you. More
