Really Excellent Experience! William Hoyt was great! I came into Heritage while looking at all different types of vehicles. William was recommended to me by another sales person at Heritage Subaru......a I came into Heritage while looking at all different types of vehicles. William was recommended to me by another sales person at Heritage Subaru......and he couldn't have been nicer. He gave me space when I needed it and answered my questions. He was knowledgeable and very low pressure -- all while making his brand loyalty clear. He was very sensitive to how I wanted to be communicated with and respected all my requests. I really appreciated his demeanor. Additionally ---- all of the people at this dealership went the "extra mile". From introducing me to the manager, to a helpful service person who brought keys to us when we were looking at something on the lot, they were all just so pleasant and customer oriented. I would be leaving this dealership a positive review --- even if I didn't buy a Mazda. Good news though --- I left the dealership on Christmas Eve with my new car!
