We couldn't work out a deal, but after experiencing 6 other dealerships, I had the easiest time at Russel. They never pressured me to buy and assured me that they were giving me the best deal possible, they even walked me step by step in the leasing process to show me why I was paying what I was. 10 out of 10 I would recommend them for anyone looking to not feel inferior in the buying process. I laughed and started to put it in the trash but stopped and finished reading it. The deal itself sounded amazing but it was for a 2015 not a used car. So I said ok take a leap of faith fill out the application, which I did. I got busy forgot about it but later in the day received a call from a live person asking if I wanted to make an appointment that she had gotten an approval for me to buy an automobile. So I made an appointment, kept it and the adventure began... It was the most exciting, happy, fun, frustrating at time experience I've ever had all 7?hours of it. But the time went fast, the salesman Steve Sherman, the nices human being we had ever met helped and assured us every step of the way... If you have never had bad credit for one reason or another you couldn't possibly know what we felt Wednesday. The kindness, the genuine care that was shown to us was over whelming. Today, Friday, the 6 th of November I drove my brand new Mazda 3 sport home... WOW... WHATA FEELING.... We just didn't know if we wanted an older used Mazda, or a new one. Jeff Ricketts was the salesman that greeted us when we walked in. He was extremely helpful, and let us make our decision with no pressure. We bought the brand new 2015 Maza 5 Touring which we had taken for test ride. Our negotiations went smoothly and we were happy with the price and service. More

He made the whole experience so relaxed and easy that I know I will always go back and buy from him. He knew his facts about the model I was interested in (CX-3) even though it was a brand new model. He was so organized and efficient. I also worked a little with Jeff and CJ who were also friendly and helpful. The whole environment over at Russell is so nice and down to earth. "First class operation"! After enjoying 130,000+ miles of reliability from my 2008 Mazda 3, it was time to get my wife a new car. After saying she enjoyed driving my car for so long we decided to look at the Mazda version of an SUV, the CX-9. We went to Russel Mazda in Catonsville where we first encountered Randy Alleyne (salesman) who found us the car we would eventually buy. Randy was patient and informative and not overly aggressive to make a sale. After taking us on a test drive, Randy introduced us to Jeff Duckworth. Jeff is a Finance Manager who explained the financing options in a straight forward way that made our decision to buy easy. Overall, we were looking for a new car and we left with that and a new dealership! Thanks to Randy, Jeff and David for making the experience easy and painless..............you made the ride from Middle River worth it!!!!!!!!!! More
