Upon our son’s recommendation, my husband and I met with one of your outstanding sales representatives, Garrett Evans, to purchase a 2015 Mazda3 sport vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about your car dealership product line and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find a car that met our needs. We really commend the prompt service provided by Garrett. He provided timely and helpful advice regarding all the features and accessories on the car we were purchasing. He also ensured that we received all the information about additional optional services regarding carefree car protection. Great experience as a first time buyer As a first time buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience. When we first got there, all of the sales associates were with customers but on As a first time buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience. When we first got there, all of the sales associates were with customers but one of the managers (Jody) quickly took it upon himself to help us until an associate became available. I really appreciated all of his help. Once Garrett was available, he was great. Garrett was very detailed in his explanation of everything, including his recommendation that if I got nothing else, that the extended warranty and environment armour were a must! In the long run, they'll both be an excellent investment. I would recommend Garrett to anyone. More

Two more cars from Heritage Mazda My wife and I just purchased two new Mazdas (CX9 and Mazda5) from Heritage Mazda. This was a return trip as we purchased a CX5 and a Mazda 3 not even 3 years ago. The staff at Heritage is always knowledgeable about the Mazda product line and helped us determine the right packages. We dealt with Garrett Evans this time and it was a pleasurable experience. The CX9 had a few minor issues from the factory and Garrett has gone out of his way to make sure the issues are rectified. I definitely recommend the Heritage Mazda group for anyone looking for a Mazda. This is the 4th car we've purchased from the group and I imagine there will be many more. More
