We had planned to look around at different dealers that day to find a good reliable car that was in my price range, mazda was our first stop, little did we know it would be our only stop! A little bit about our service- Bo greeted us on a cold early morning with a warm smile and was immediately engaged on what exactly we were looking for. As we spoke price ranges and exactly what little things I was looking for to have in my car, he ran right outside and pulled a car up for me to test drive. Instantly was in love! He hit the nail on the head with everything, prices and all ..and i knew from that moment we wouldn't be able to find this great of a car anywhere else or even make me smile as big as what this car did! I am now the proud owner of a brand new 2015 mazda 3 sedan!! I would recommend Bo and this dealership to anyone. Fabulous Customer Service I had contacted Sang Dang before arriving in the area. He came to our hotel and took me to the dealership. Then he was great in explaining everything I had contacted Sang Dang before arriving in the area. He came to our hotel and took me to the dealership. He hunted down the exact options I wanted, gave me a loaner for the day since mine would take a few hours before it was ready and then delivered it right to our hotel later that afternoon. After deciding that the CX-5 Grand Touring was for me, Mike took us out to see a few on the lot. He explained everything in great detail and got us excited for the car. He was personable, descriptive and patient as he explained the highlights of the car. We went for a great test drive and Mike made sure that the best features of the car were seen and experienced during this time. Upon returning to the dealership, Mike really showed what a wonderful person he is as he patiently worked with me to determine the final financial decisions. I felt that Mike understood where I was coming from and did his absolute best to provide the numbers that fit my budget.
