Not only did Chad fulfill those needs. He had provided everything from hot chocolate and aspirin for my daughter to a charger to charge my phone which was dying. He also took the time to answer every single question that I asked whether it was a dense question or not and he had a great attitude and didn't make me feel stupid. He showed me every little feature my car had to offer before he sent me on way of course with the directions to get home. Overall it was a great experience for me and buying my first car all alone.
