He listened to my concerns and genuinely cared about me and how to remedy the predicament I was facing with my previous car. He introduced me to Ralph and I could not be more impressed with his knowledge, not only about the Mazda, but all the pros and cons for other manufacturers. It's not often that I have felt a car dealership provide transparency during the transaction process, however, Mitchell and Ralph were clear, concise and straight forward with me. After my deal was finalized and signed they called me back a few days later to pay over $750 due to my salesman not checking my correct payoff price. 100% was that fault of my salesman and the dealer. They wouldn’t budge on the $750 even though I purchased a $37,000 vehicle. The GM called me and admitted his salesman was in the wrong but nothing they could do. Would never do business here or recommend anyone going here. Worst experience I ever had buying a car. Very unprofessional. More

When I decided to contact Heritage Mazda after seeing numerous commercials for the Mazda CX5. I received a callback from Mr. Bo Hudson who advised me to complete the online application and informed me that he would get back to me. Well needless to say he did just that all within about 3 hours. Not only did he give me the great news that I was approved, but he also informed me that he had just the vehicle that I was anxious to purchase and to come in asap.
