After my deal was finalized and signed they called me back a few days later to pay over $750 due to my salesman not checking my correct payoff price. 100% was that fault of my salesman and the dealer. They wouldn’t budge on the $750 even though I purchased a $37,000 vehicle. The GM called me and admitted his salesman was in the wrong but nothing they could do. Would never do business here or recommend anyone going here. Worst experience I ever had buying a car. Very unprofessional. More

When I decided to contact Heritage Mazda after seeing numerous commercials for the Mazda CX5. I received a callback from Mr. Bo Hudson who advised me to complete the online application and informed me that he would get back to me. Well needless to say he did just that all within about 3 hours. Not only did he give me the great news that I was approved, but he also informed me that he had just the vehicle that I was anxious to purchase and to come in asap. Pleasant Experience This was my first time visiting the Towson location. The service was consistent with other locations. I've only ever had pleasant experiences with Maz This was my first time visiting the Towson location. The service was consistent with other locations. I've only ever had pleasant experiences with Mazda service centers. I went in for an oil change and was immediately informed my tires needed replacing. I was expecting that, since I knew they had virtually no tread. When I told them I was shopping around, they informed me they would match tire prices of non big box stores. They weren't cheap tires, but the dealership kept their word and matched the price. I was in and out in 1.5 hours- with oil change and 4 new tires. Admittedly, a third of that time was wasted on indecision on my part. All staff were friendly and helpful- especially Karl (5 star). More

The finance manager Steve Jakubik set me up with the best possible rate and package and I left feeling very confident I made a purchase of a car I fell in love with and that fit my budget. To top it off, Bo and his manager personally delivered the car to my home 40 miles away as I wasn’t trading the car I drove there.
